Junior Pricing Analyst – Continental

Locatie : Brussel

Over Continental :

Continental is een van de toonaangevende fabrikanten van personenwagenbanden en lichte-vrachtwagenbanden in Europa. Tevens behoort het bedrijf tot ’s werelds grootste leveranciers van fabrieksbanden en vervangingsbanden. De Belgische organisatie heeft een stevige lokale verankering en zit momenteel in een boeiende interne transformatie.

Binnen de Marketingafdeling speelt het Business Intelligence & Pricing team een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van strategische beslissingen en het aansturen van commerciële prestaties.

Na een interne promotie zoekt Continental een Junior Pricing Analyst om het team te versterken en de verdere groei ervan mee te ondersteunen.

Jouw missie : markt- en prijsinzichten leveren die Sales vooruithelpen

Als Junior Pricing Analyst analyseer en optimaliseer je prijsstrategieën om de marktpositie en winstgevendheid van Continental te versterken. Je werkt nauw samen met het Sales team en in tandem met de BI Analyst. Je volgt pricing performance op, vergelijkt met concurrenten en levert inzichten die commerciële beslissingen mee sturen.

Dit is een data-gedreven, businessgerichte rol met concrete impact binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Analyseren en opvolgen van prijsdata (sell-in / sell-out) om trends, risico’s en opportuniteiten te identificeren.
Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van pricing dashboards en tools in Excel en Power BI.
Uitvoeren van competitieve prijsanalyses en marktonderzoek.
Ondersteunen bij de implementatie en aanpassing van lokale en groepsbrede prijsstrategieën.
Rapporten voorbereiden en inzichten delen met zowel Sales als het centrale Pricing team op hoofdkantoorniveau.
Deelname aan maandelijkse salesmeetings en samenwerking met meerdere teams (Sales, Product Management, BI, hoofdkantoor).

Jouw profiel

Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en de vaardigheid om data om te zetten in duidelijke businessinzichten.

Zeer goede kennis van Excel (geavanceerde formules, draaitabellen) en Power BI (of gelijkaardige tools).

Proactieve ingesteldheid, nieuwsgierig en bereid om ideeën aan te brengen.

Vlotte communicator, comfortabel in een cross-functionele omgeving.

Teamspeler die gestructureerd, betrouwbaar en leergierig is.

Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Business, Economie, Ingenieurswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.

Eerste ervaring (stage of startersfunctie) in pricing, finance of data-analyse is een plus.

Je begrijpt zowel Frans als Nederlands : je spreekt één taal vloeiend en hebt een sterke kennis van de andere. Engels is belangrijk voor tools, rapportering en communicatie met het hoofdkantoor.
