Role Overview
The Regional HR / HRIS Analyst will support the Regional HR Department with various projects, processes, and administrative operations, focusing on the HR Information System (Cornerstone). This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a keen interest in HR and technical skills, offering a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Information System Management :
- Oversee HR processes in Cornerstone (preparation, launch and follow up - Core data, Performance, Talent, Learning).
- Data Management Regular data checks and follow-ups with local HR.
- Provide reporting tools and training materials, conduct the training sessions.
- Support other departments in creating training materials.
- Test and follow up on system updates.
- Participate in projects impacting Cornerstone.
HR Department Support :
Handle administrative tasks related to the HR management cycle (e.g., talent management, performance management, Reward).Conduct general clerical duties (e.g., headcount reporting, Working Calendar, Organization charts, Employee Surveys, Maintenance of Teams folders, Intranet and RHR e-mail address).Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.Support communication with BU heads, branch managers, local HR reps, and employees.Assist with policy management and approval processes.Profile Requirements
Education : graduated from a business school (master in management) or from the University with a master degree in business or human resources (organizational psychology, etc.)Experience : 1-2 years in HR, ideally in a multicultural environment.Skills : Fluent in English, excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, analytical, project management, and time management skills. Tech-savvy (ideally experience with Cornerstone or another HR Management system), proactive, and a team player.Competencies
