Onze partner, een internationaal toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de voedingssector, is op zoek naar een R&D Specialist om hun team tijdelijk (tot februari 2026) te versterken.
Job Description:
Als R&D Specialist werk je in een productieomgeving en ondersteun je het R&D team. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe of verbeterde producten en processen. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:
Candidate Profile:
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je als R&D Specialist over minimaal een bachelor in voedingstechnologie en een sterke interesse in voedingsproductie en innovatie. Je bent analytisch en gestructureerd, met een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en werk je vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen en niveaus binnen de organisatie. Dankzij je probleemoplossend vermogen en hands-on mentaliteit weet je verbeteringen door te voeren en nieuwe ideeën succesvol te implementeren. Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel, en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
