Senior BI Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our client. In this position, you will support business users in developing reports and insights using a robust BI environment built entirely on the Microsoft technology stack.

You will enhance an existing workbench built around a data warehouse and OLAP cubes with new business intelligence features that are generic, reusable, and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with supervisory teams to understand their data needs and translate them into clear, actionable dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI
• Assist users in building reports and visualizations
• Coach and train business users on how to use the BI workbench
• Create and maintain documentation (requirements, designs, user guides)
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve data-driven processes
• Contribute to process improvements through BI insights
• Estimate technical tasks and participate in planning and project meetings
• Take part in daily stand-ups and project update sessions
