Pricing Administration Specialist

About the Role

As a Pricing Administration Specialist you’ll play a critical role in the daily operations of pricing related topics (including but not limited to price set up, maintenance, claims and projects). Initially taking ownership of our Belgium market, you will also work alongside your peers in the continental team to optimize processes and highlight harmonization opportunities across Europe. Your work will be a huge contributing factor to Essity's mission of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Carries out coordinator activities across multiple countries / supports multiple sales orgs, with an initial core focus on the Belgium market.

Acts as a super user for key processes / tools and trains / buddies new coordinators in day to day activities

Setup and maintain pricing data based on agreed processes and standards to ensure highest level of data accuracy and thereby positively influence customer experience.

Analyze and resolve price claims in close collaboration with related Lead2Contract and GBS functions.

Proactively suggest process adjustments to improve consistency of pricing data.

Effectively collaborate with and educate customer facing teams and other specialists in continental teams on pricing setups, systems and tools and impact of pricing on business results

Who You Are

To be successful in the role, you have a high level of self-drive, a positive attitude and enjoy numbers. You are structured, process oriented and are thorough. You can handle several tasks in parallel and enjoy working on process innovation and enhancement.

Experienced with SAP.

Fluent in English.

You are proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.

You have a process-oriented mindset that drives efficiency, enhancing the customer experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

Proven ability to participate in, manage and drive projects is a plus.
