Your Role :

With the Hotel Manager and Supervisors, you will be in charge of greeting guest, doing the check-in and check-out, answer to guest demands and ensure that the Marriott service quality is respected both on Night shifts and Evening shifts.

With the Operations Supervisor, you are in charge of the daily set up of the restaurant and participate in the operational activity of the sales points of the establishment, while ensuring the application of health and safety rules as well as initial breakfats items preparation.

You will promote a favorable work culture and environment.

That all relevant procedures are handled carefully and you promotes our desired work culture around our company values.

What we ask of you :

• 1 year of experience as F&B Associate or Receptionist
• Allowed to work in the EU
• Bilingual in the following languages : English / French and / or Dutch
• In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Multi-tasking mindset
