As the Office Assistant , your tasks will be to :
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Be sure the office is clean and that rules are respected by employees
- Contact technicians or cleaning services when needed
- Arrange travel arrangements
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Office Manager
- Follow-up invoices and maintain the database up-to-date
- Support on event organization & coordination
- Be the first person of contact by mail, post, tel and for general questions of employees or suppliers (dispatch if needed)
- Good communication skills
- Motivated, flexibel and eager to learn
- You like a polyvalent & dynamic function where no day will be the same
- You are a real team player but can also work autonomously
- You have an excellent spoken & written level in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- You obtained a Bachelor degree in Office Management or similar fields (or equivalent by experience)
- You are organized and have an eye for detail
