As the Office Assistant , your tasks will be to :

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Be sure the office is clean and that rules are respected by employees
  • Contact technicians or cleaning services when needed
  • Arrange travel arrangements
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Office Manager
  • Follow-up invoices and maintain the database up-to-date
  • Support on event organization & coordination
  • Be the first person of contact by mail, post, tel and for general questions of employees or suppliers (dispatch if needed)
  • Good communication skills
  • Motivated, flexibel and eager to learn
  • You like a polyvalent & dynamic function where no day will be the same
  • You are a real team player but can also work autonomously
  • You have an excellent spoken & written level in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • You obtained a Bachelor degree in Office Management or similar fields (or equivalent by experience)
  • You are organized and have an eye for detail
