Job description

We are currently seeking a talented Nuclear Project Manager to join our dynamic team, based in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for leading nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving the successful delivery of complex initiatives in the nuclear sector.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee nuclear projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Identify project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the nuclear sector.

Your Profile :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the nuclear industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex nuclear projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear safety protocols, project management methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools relevant to the nuclear sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
