Forecasting : Create smart monthly demand plans using data 📊 and market trends 📈 to support business goals.

Collaboration : Sync forecasts with input from sales, marketing & distributors for better alignment.

Reporting : Deliver clear and concise updates on forecasts, stock levels, and key KPIs.

Inventory Control : Keep ERP data accurate ✅ and quickly solve stock or system hiccups.

Supply Execution : Oversee inbound deliveries and ensure smooth coordination with the warehouse.

Risk Communication : Proactively signal supply risks and keep all stakeholders in the loop.

Education & Experience : University degree + at least 3 years' experience in demand planning. APICS certification = big plus!

Skills : Sharp analytical mindset, solid planning & communication skills, and strong business sense.

Tools : Confident using SAP, APS, and other demand planning systems.

Languages : Fluent in English - both written and spoken.

Industry Know-How : Background in healthcare or medical devices? That's a strong advantage!
