  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on professionalism and trust.

  • Collaborate with the Research, Investment, and Valuation departments to facilitate client advice on letting or selling properties and real estate strategic topics.
  • Directly report to the National Market Director.

  • High interest in the real estate sector is crucial.
  • A friendly personality is important, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Commercial and organisational skills should be excellent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector is required.
  • The successful candidate should hold a university degree or possess equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a requirement.
  • The successful candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Preparedness to handle all aspects of a real estate deal is necessary.
