System & Infrastructure Engineer polyvalent

My client is looking for a versatile System & Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen their growing IT team.

This is a well-established SME of around 100 employees with a close-knit, family-like culture. You'll join a collaborative, open-minded environment where initiative and curiosity are welcomed. The IT department currently has 6 team members and is scaling up to 12 - with 4 open positions today.

Your Role : A True All-Rounder

You'll contribute across infrastructure, compliance, and digital integration initiatives, in a flexible and dynamic IT environment.

Infrastructure & Operations

You'll help monitor and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, support backups and patching, and ensure systems are secure and reliable.

Compliance & Audit

You'll support internal and external audits, maintain documentation, and help implement risk mitigation measures.

Development & Integration

You'll participate in digitalisation projects, including Salesforce and Azure integrations, as well as document automation tools like SmartComm.

This role is internal-facing , with no direct client contact.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Windows Server , Active Directory , Microsoft 365 , and Azure .

Solid understanding of basic networking

Familiar with monitoring and backup tools (PRTG, Veeam, Acronis).

Experience with Linux , Salesforce integrations , or SmartComm is a plus.

Your Profile

3 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or advanced support roles.

Fluent in English and either Dutch or French .
