Functie
Als architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van ontwerp, planning, en uitvoering van architecturale projecten. Je werkt samen met een team van ervaren professionals om innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken en creatieve ontwerpen te realiseren. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het coördineren van projecten en het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en andere belanghebbenden.
Jouw taken kunnen er als volgt uitzien:
- Het opstellen van gedetailleerde projectplannen en budgetten.
- Het leiden van ontwerpsessies en het creëren van architectonische concepten.
- Het opstellen van bouwaanvragen en de coördinatie met overheidsinstanties.
- Het begeleiden van projecten tijdens de uitvoeringsfase, inclusief kwaliteitscontrole.
- Het onderhouden van regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers om ervoor te zorgen dat hun behoeften en verwachtingen worden vervuld.
- Het bijdragen aan een collaboratieve en inspirerende werkomgeving.

Profiel
- Je hebt een opleiding afgerond in de Architectuur
- Bij voorkeur heb je al enkele jaren ervaring als architect
- Je hebt ervaring in het opmaken en opvolgen van dossiers
- Vloeiende communicatievaardigheden
- Leergierig en oog voor detail
- Zelfkritisch en gedreven om kwaliteitswerk af te leveren
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal, zowel lezen als schrijven
- Ervaring met ArchiCAD (BIM) is een pluspunt
