Senior Functional Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join a large business transformation programme focused on refactoring existing applications and developing new business solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and project stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify new functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional analyses and application designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate functional designs.
- Support end-to-end delivery of new applications and functionalities.
- Produce functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers.
- Prepare software requirement specifications, data models, user stories, and test plans.
- Report project status, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, mappings, services, batches, and business models.
- Belgian nationality is mandatory.
