Business Controller – Antwerp

We are currently looking for a Business Controller to join a successful organisation based in Antwerp.

In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner, supporting business leaders with accurate analysis, performance insights, and data-driven recommendations. You will help translate financial information into meaningful actions and contribute to improving business performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse business performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs
• Prepare management reports and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives
• Work closely with different departments to understand business challenges and provide financial guidance

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in business controlling, management reporting, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
