Heb jij een hart voor kinderen en jongeren? Wil jij mee het team leiden in ons CBJ Pennsylvania Foundation? Dan ben jij misschien wel de kandidaat die wij zoeken!


Dit vind je leuk om te doen

  • Je leidt een team van leefgroepbegeleiders die werken met jongeren in een verticale leefgroep
  • Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling van de jongeren en draagt dit uit in je team.
  • Je ziet nauw toe op de veiligheid en het welbevinden van de jongeren.
  • Je neemt de noodzakelijke initiatieven m.b.t. de specifieke opvoedings-, begeleidings- en ontwikkelingsnoden van deze doelgroep.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen het algemeen beleid van de organisatie en de operationele doelstellingen van je voorziening.
  • Je staat in voor het beheer en de opvolging van het leefgroep budget.
  • Planningen maken is je tweede natuur zodat je de continu teit van de dienst garandeert.
  • Je bent correct en nauwkeurig met administratie
  • Je handelt uit een correcte pedagogische houding.
  • Je evalueert je begeleiders en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de verschillende overlegorganen binnen de organisatie.

  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma (ortho)pedagogie, gezinswetenschappen of toegepaste psychologie.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een residentiële setting in de bijzondere jeugdzorg of binnen een CKG is een meerwaarde.
  • Een team leiden is je grootste talent.
  • Aangezien we uitgaan van participatief leiderschap, sta je regelmatig ook mee in de leefgroep.
  • Je pedagogische basishouding is correct en integer.
  • Je bent administratief sterk.
  • Je kijkt uit naar een functie waarbij verantwoordelijkheid en engagement onlosmakelijk verbonden zijn.
  • Je kent de werking van de integrale jeugdhulp, de basisprincipes van kwaliteitszorg en het decreet ‘rechtspositie van de minderjarige'.
