Wat houdt de functie van Customer Support Engineer in?
Als Support Engineer is het jouw missie om jouw analytische en technische vaardigheden te gebruiken om de specifieke behoeften van de klant te identificeren en te begrijpen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van problemen bij eindgebruikers.
Het klantencontact en technische problemen oplossen vormen een belangrijk deel van jouw dagelijks werk. Als Support Engineer maak je deel uit van ons Managed IT Solutions (MITS) team.
