Je beantwoordt vragen voornamelijk via e-mail en telefonisch en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel geholpen worden. Jouw takenpakket als Customer Service Associate: * Beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantvragen via e-mail en telefoon * Behandelen van klachten en meldingen * Opvolgen van klantendossiers en administratieve verwerking * Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om vragen efficiënt op te lossen * Meedenken over een optimale klantenservice en efficiënte processen Het ideale profiel als Customer Service Associate: * Je hebt een ASO- of bachelordiploma * Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen Customer Service, Helpdesk of klachtenbeheer * Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels * Je bent administratief sterk en digitaal vaardig * Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht Het aanbod als Customer Service Associate: * Vast contract van onbepaalde duur * Salaris tot €3500 bruto per maand, afgestemd op jouw ervaring * Maaltijd-, eco- en cadeaucheques * Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering * CAO 90-bonus * 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen + 12 ADV-dagen * Thuiswerkmogelijkheden * Uitgebreide opleiding en onboarding * Ruime mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen Niet de job die je zocht?
