Als Inside Sales ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Proactief commercieel contact met je klanten via de telefoon. Het uitvoeren van gerichte klantanalyses om oplossingen aan te bieden die perfect aansluiten bij hun behoeften. Het behalen (en overtreffen!) van je doelstellingen, terwijl je bijdraagt aan het succes van het hele team. Een aanspreekpunt zijn dat beschikbaar en attent is, om een perfecte klantenservice te garanderen. Nauw samenwerken met de Inside Sales Manager en je collega’s om gezamenlijke uitdagingen aan te gaan.

Profile
Profiel gezocht ?? Jij bent de persoon die wij zoeken als: Je beschikt over bewezen ervaring in sales. Je beheerst Nederlands op C2-niveau en hebt ervaring met Nederlandse klanten. Je hebt een goed niveau van het Frans. Je nieuwsgierigheid en analytisch vermogen stellen je in staat snel de behoeften van klanten te begrijpen. Je weet sterke en betrouwbare klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Offer
Onze klant biedt jou: Een voltijds contract (38 uur/week) met een vroege vrijdagmiddag vrij (vanaf 15:00). Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €2.800 tot €3.400 bruto/maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. Twee dagen per week thuiswerken. Continue opleiding vanaf dag één en gedurende je hele carrière. Een familiale werkomgeving met maandelijkse kwalitatieve evaluaties om je te ondersteunen in je rol.
