Responsabilités


  • Prendre les appels clients et identifier les pannes.
  • Dispatcher et coordonner les interventions de 3 à 4 techniciens itinérants.
  • Apporter un support et des conseils techniques aux techniciens à distance.
  • Identifier les pièces nécessaires aux interventions.
  • Gérer les commandes et le stock du dépôt.
  • Assurer le suivi de la flotte de véhicules.
  • Préparer les devis et demander les bons de commande.
  • Vérifier les interventions réalisées ainsi que les éléments nécessaires à la facturation.
  • Donner ponctuellement un coup de main à l’atelier et au dépôt.
  • Suivre une formation de plusieurs mois sur le terrain au démarrage afin de maîtriser les machines, les interventions et les réalités du métier.


Qualifications


  • Formation ou expérience technique dans un domaine lié à la mécanique, l’hydraulique, la maintenance ou au génie civil.
  • Expérience pratique dans un environnement technique ou lié aux machines.
  • Capacité à comprendre une panne et à apporter un premier diagnostic technique.
  • Une expérience en dépannage ou maintenance technique constitue un atout.


Compétences requises


  • Bonnes connaissances en hydraulique et/ou mécanique.
  • Débrouillardise et esprit pratique.
  • Bonne aisance informatique.
  • Bon contact client.
  • Bon sens de l’organisation et de la géographie.
  • Capacité à conseiller et accompagner techniquement les techniciens.
  • Rigueur dans le suivi des commandes, du stock et des interventions.
  • Sens de l’organisation pour la gestion de la flotte.
  • Flexibilité pour les dépannages et gardes.
  • Autonomie, notamment lors des périodes où vous êtes seul au dépôt.
