Our partner is a fast-growing, PE-backed pan-European technology and communications group, based in Brussels, expanding into new markets and entities at a pace that keeps its tax function genuinely busy. You sit at the centre of the group's tax function, working directly with the Tax Director and across the Finance team to keep multi-country tax obligations under control

Your impact as the Tax Manager

• Advising group entities on direct tax, transfer pricing and international tax matters, with pragmatic, well-supported answers to real business questions
• Assessing the tax impact of business decisions and following through on implementation to manage risk and reduce liabilities
• Owning Belgian head-office tax matters and transfer pricing support, including audits, compliance, documentation and policy
• Supporting international structuring projects, acquisition-related tax matters and corporate reorganizations as the group keeps growing
• Handling quarterly and annual tax accounting, including provisions and deferred taxes, and contributing to audit strategy and advisor coordination

Your profile as the Tax Manager

• Master's degree, a postgraduate qualification in taxation is a plus
• 5 or more years of experience in corporate tax, ideally in a multinational environment
• Big 4 + In-house experience = sweet spot
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
