  • Client Experience Enhancement :

  • Ensure high-quality client relationships.
  • Support team members in client interactions.
  • Intervene in critical client cases as needed.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and French languages.
  • Excellent communication skills with an assertive approach.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector is a significant advantage.

  • Ability to make swift and effective decisions.
