Key Responsibilities :
System Configuration :
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance.
User Support :
Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
Data Management :
Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and cleaning.
Reports and Dashboards :
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
Integration :
Work with integration tools to connect Salesforce with other business systems.
Security and Compliance :
Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data.
Documentation :
Document system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Client facing experience; ideally from a consulting background Experience in one or more LMS or HR technology solutions for example SAP HCM / Successfactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Taleo Learn etc.; excellent communications; Masters Degree; Fluent French or Dutch AND English.
