We are currently partnering with a leading global professional services firm that is seeking an experienced Valuation & Business Modelling Manager to join its growing Advisory team in Brussels. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to work on high-impact projects across a wide range of industries and transactions.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering valuation, financial modelling, and business planning services, supporting clients through complex situations such as mergers and acquisitions, project finance, strategic planning, accounting matters, and tax structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Partners and Directors in the execution of valuation and financial modelling engagements
• Manage project teams, client relationships, and deliverables on a day-to-day basis
• Review and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs
• Present valuation and modelling analyses to both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Contribute to internal and external business development initiatives
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, developing their technical valuation skills, financial modelling capabilities, industry knowledge, and soft skills
• Collaborate on integrated engagements with other Deals teams
