As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) , you are a cornerstone in driving technical leadership and innovation within the Pega domain. You translate complex business challenges and requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Acting as a thought leader, you drive innovation, provide technical leadership across multiple squads, and shape the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership : Guide one or more squads while challenging business stakeholders to align strategic objectives with the best technical solutions.
  • Define technology standards : Establish and maintain industry-standard best practices for code quality, technical debt reduction, and translate these into the Pega technology roadmap.
  • Support software delivery : Provide guidance on technical designs, support the refinement of high-level architectures, and coach the Pega developer community.
  • Promote reuse and quality : Advocate and implement best practices for reusability and quality standards within the Pega platform.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise : Stay up to date with Pega advancements, continuously expand your knowledge, and actively share it with teams.
  • Define application architecture : Collaborate with enterprise architects to design and implement application architectures for new solutions within the Pega ecosystem.

    • Our ideal Pega Lead System Architect

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven expertise in the Pega platform, including Pega Lead System Architect certification (LSA) ; additional certifications in Pega frameworks and related technologies are a plus
  • Strong analytical and design-thinking skills, with a track record of delivering complex Pega solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Pega architecture, design principles, and integration patterns
  • Thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, and ways of working, particularly in leveraging the Pega platform for digital transformation.
  • Strong network within the Pega community and awareness of the latest platform capabilities and trends.
  • Expertise in delivering scalable Pega solutions and optimizing software development processes in an enterprise environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Pega platform, including frameworks such as Case Management, Decisioning, and Integration capabilities.
  • Broad understanding of related technologies to support a holistic view of the enterprise architecture.
