For a food company in Roeselare, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team leader / shift manager.

Your responsibilities

As a teamleader, a very nice and extensive range of tasks awaits you :

• You will manage and motivate a team of 8 to 10 people;
• responsible for making the production and personnel planning;
• set up machines and adjust them if necessary;
• carry out quality controls ;
• provide coaching and training to employees or new colleagues.
