HR People Experience Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Experience Intern / HR Administration Intern to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and learn about employee engagement, HR administration, and internal communication in a dynamic and international environment.

Job Responsibilities

Support various HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration , ensuring a smooth experience for employees.

Assist in maintaining HR systems and data accuracy , ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Help improve internal HR communication by maintaining self-service tools, updating HR platforms, and sharing relevant information with employees.

Support the organization of employee engagement events such as team-building activities, workshops, and well-being initiatives.

Provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives , including scheduling training sessions and tracking participation.

Assist in HR documentation and compliance efforts , ensuring policies and procedures are properly recorded and accessible.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience and provide assistance on ad hoc HR projects.

Profile Description

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Dutch (additional European languages are a plus).

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
