We're looking for a talented and experienced Deputy Application Development Manager to step into a key leadership role on our team. In this position, you’ll report to the Application Development Manager to shape and deliver innovative solutions that support our strategic goals. This role also carries the responsibilities of a Functional Architect, requiring you to design systems that not only meet business needs but also enhance efficiency. If you have a strong track record in project and team leadership, enjoy collaborating across departments, and love turning complex challenges into streamlined systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities?

• Manage complex IT projects from inception to completion, utilizing methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance to achieve project goals.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
