Help Europe’s biggest buildings waste less energy - and build a category leader before Series A.

Enersee has raised €4.000.000,00 and is preparing for its next funding round. What took four years to build, we now plan to 5x in the next 12 months.

We’re not looking for volume sellers.
We’re looking for enterprise closers.

Professionals who understand that complex sales is a discipline. That mapping the DMU isn’t optional. That questioning is control. That objection handling is where deals are won. That closing is a skill - not a moment.

This isn’t a ChatGPT wrapper. It’s a sophisticated machine learning engine that analyzes building and infrastructure data, detects inefficiencies, and delivers real-time, actionable insights.

We already work with enterprise names like Belfius, KBC, VDAB, and Ahold Delhaize — and we are moving toward some of Europe’s largest multinational portfolios. Retail giants. Hospital networks. Complex real estate ecosystems.

The stakes are high: cost pressure, ESG scrutiny, board-level accountability.

You’ll be at the center of those conversations..

What you’ll do

Prospect & qualify: Build and manage a targeted account list; run smart outbound, work inbound, and create a pipeline marketing support.

  • Run full-cycle deals: Lead discovery, demos, value cases, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value contracts.

  • Map stakeholders: Navigate multi-threaded cycles with operations, sustainability, finance, and VP/C-level sponsors.

  • Prove value fast: Orchestrate workshops, pilots/POCs with Customer Success and Product to demonstrate measurable impact.

  • Forecast & report: Maintain accurate pipeline and next steps in HubSpot; deliver reliable weekly forecasts.

  • Co-sell & collaborate: Partner with Marketing on campaigns/events and with Product on customer feedback that sharpens our offer.

  • Represent Enersee: Join industry events and meetups; contribute customer insights to our messaging and collateral.



Our ideal hire

  • President’s club: you’ve proven yourself by being in the top 10% of a mature sales organisation and take that winner mentality with you.

  • Enterprise (SaaS) sales experience: Solid track record selling to large accounts; comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.

  • Hunter mindset: Proactive pipeline generation and persistence from first touch to signature, a no motivates you to be creative in turning it into a yes.

  • Business fluency in AI/analytics: Able to explain how our AI-driven insights work and why they matter.

  • Languages: Fluent in English plus at least one major EU language (Dutch, German, or French).

  • You understand and like the start-up growth phase: you want to work hybrid from our Antwerp office, at least 3 days a week. You understand the urgency in this phase, and you can’t wait to make a big impact on it. If you’re outside of Belgium you’re willing to relocate after proving yourself.

    Pls do note: We are looking for the best. Meaning you can also come from the other side of the world. We can fly your over for a week, start our collaboration remote and when we are successful you can relocate to the Netherlands after a couple of months. So VISA sponsorship and relocation; definitely an option.

  • Bonus points if you have…

    • Energy sector experience: Proven understanding of the energy, sustainability, or built environment landscape, ideally with exposure to enterprise energy efficiency, decarbonization, or smart building solutions.

    • Consultative & technical curiosity: Can translate energy/sustainability problems into clear business value; bonus if you know ISO 50001, IPMVP, or related frameworks.

What you get

This is a high-standard, high-upside environment.

  • €105.000,- base salary

  • €230.000,- OTE

  • Variable multipliers up to 3x

  • Stock options after 1 year vesting
