British American Tobacco BENELUX has an exciting opportunity for a BELUX B2C Activation Executive in Brussels
Support group transformation to win in New Categories – accelerate growth and secure leadership - and drive Combustibles (cigarettes) value growth, while ensuring a consumer centric approach
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Support in building the BELUX B2C Annual Activation Plan and ensure strong & efficient consumer activation with excellence in execution & with clear KPI deliverables & tracking.
- Develop B2C campaigns (in line with brands global guidelines) and communication tools & activations to ensure category education, increase brand awareness & support consumers’ journey in finding the right category.
- Develop B2C promotions & support material for B2B activation to increase sales & leverage ambassadors to increase trials and educate consumers.
- Briefing sales Representatives & Brand Ambassadors to ensure deployment of the plan as per KPIs & Excellence in Execution
- Develop & deploy instore X-Cat projects as well as creating and delivering optimized range of POSM per channel to support field force and ensure maximum brand visibility and premiumness
- Agencies management : Creative agencies ; POSM / hardware / instore ; hostesses ; merchandising and storage resources
- Plan & manage annual budget
What are we looking for?
2-3 years of experience in B2C activation / Trade Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Brand ActivationExperience in managing external agencies (creative, merchandising, promo, hostess, etc.)Experience in in-store activations, POSM development, or field force supportExperience in developing and tracking campaign KPIs / analytics / reportingBudget management experience (planning, invoicing, cost control)Exposure to multinational / FMCG / tobacco / consumer goods industryComfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersFluency in English and in either French or Dutch is requiredPresentation experience towards managementOwnership & leadership towards internal and external stakeholders ; good prio-setting ; Flexibility and creativity
