At Planet B, we're revolutionizing the personal and home care industry with sustainable, innovative products that challenge industry norms. We're looking for a dedicated Product Development Support specialist to join our mission-driven team and help bring our eco-conscious vision to life.

Your Role : Product Development Support

You'll work closely with our Chief Product Officer to bring new products to life and make existing ones even better. Your role bridges the operational and creative sides of product development — helping us move from vision to shelf, faster and cleaner.

What You'll Do

Product Operations & Coordination

Manage and follow up projects to make sure timelines are met
Execute product improvements (e.g. fragrance swaps, ingredient tweaks)
Support sourcing efforts for new components and materials
Organize focus groups or internal panels for fragrance and product testing

Packaging & Compliance

Coordinate with designers and suppliers on packaging development

Ensure packaging specs and claims are compliant with EU regulations

Submit and update PCN notifications, keep safety documentation organized

Maintain our PiM (Product Information Management) system

Fragrance & Formulation Support

Collect team feedback, shortlist fragrance candidates, and coordinate testing

Keep documentation and briefings clear between internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with formulators on updates to products and documentation

Who you are

2–4 years experience in product development or product operations — ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG

Detail-oriented and organized, able to keep multiple moving parts on track

Comfortable communicating with suppliers, creatives, and chemists alike

Strong project management skills

Affinity with sustainability and curiosity for ingredients or fragrance is a plus

Proficient in English (Dutch is a bonus)
