Operational Marketing Officer

Specific Responsibilities :

Based in Brussels, you report to the Head of Marketing & Communication for the France, Belgium & Luxembourg Cluster and work closely with the Belux country manager.

You manage the daily internal and external Marketing & Communication for BeLux :

• Execute the marketing plan to drive awareness and growth,
• Provide support to the lines of business to promote AIG’s products,
• Support for the organization of external events with brokers or clients,
• Support for the organization and preparation of internal events in Belgium (Colleagues Updates, …),
• Responsible for the daily update of Intranet and Belgium corporate website,
• Support of Cluster initiatives / projects,
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for the Cluster (ERGs).
