Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for finding new business prospects and markets.

Working in the Sales department, you will take initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities :

  • Implementing cold outreach campaigns.
  • Overcoming objections and negotiating with leads.
  • Actively seeking new leads and opportunities across various sectors and demographic areas.
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team to create outbound prospecting processes.
  • Creating reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and other assigned tasks by the sales manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Proactive : You have the intrinsic motivation to generate new business opportunities, regardless of the resources required.
  • Independent : You constantly seek new opportunities and work both independently and as part of a team to find leads.
  • Customer-focused : You strive to gain customer trust and consistently close deals.
  • Experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch.
