Proximus is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Expert to join our dynamic tax team. The transfer pricing expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing transfer pricing policies and strategies to ensure compliance with international tax regulations and optimize the company's tax position.
The key responsibilities can be summarized as follows :
- Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent transfer pricing practices across the organization.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's transfer pricing policies.
- Provide support during tax audits and disputes related to transfer pricing matters.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of requests for advance decisions (rulings) with the Belgian Ruling Commission to ensure compliance and optimize tax positions.
- Provide expertise and guidance on tax matters in business projects, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax outcomes.
- Provide ad hoc expertise on transfer pricing to business stakeholders.
- Follow-up of tax legislative changes and prepare information to top management on the impact of these changes for the Proximus Group.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.

Education : Master's degree in Economic sciences / commercial engineer / Law with a specialization in tax law.Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in transfer pricing (big4 or in-house)Knowledge : In-depth understanding of OECD guidelines, international transfer pricing regulations and local Belgian tax laws.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ambassador skills : being able to build up a network and maintain regular contact with all stakeholders.Self-starter, autonomous and problem solver with good project management skills.Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.Good analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS tools.What do we offer you?
