Key responsibilities

  • Order Management : Receive, schedule, and follow up on orders for products and parts manufactured in Brugge and Statesville (USA). Ensure delivery promises are met based on production capabilities.
  • Logistics Coordination : Organize appropriate transport for deliveries from Brugge and the USA. Ensure customers and shipping departments have all necessary information.
  • Customer Communication : Keep customers informed about potential delays and arrange air transport if needed. Maintain and update customer forecasts.
  • Payment Follow-Up : Monitor payments from cash in advance and letter of credit customers, adjusting planning as necessary.
  • Price Administration : Enter and maintain sales prices to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Internal and External Communication : Foster strong relationships with sales offices, sales representatives, and other departments to support customer interactions.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must-Haves :

    • Proficiency in Dutch, English, French, and German.

  • Ability to handle stress and work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

    • Basic knowledge of a fifth language.

  • Personal effectiveness : Ability to handle pressure, initiative, attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal effectiveness : Listening skills, customer orientation, teamwork, communication.
