Key responsibilities
- Order Management : Receive, schedule, and follow up on orders for products and parts manufactured in Brugge and Statesville (USA). Ensure delivery promises are met based on production capabilities.
- Logistics Coordination : Organize appropriate transport for deliveries from Brugge and the USA. Ensure customers and shipping departments have all necessary information.
- Customer Communication : Keep customers informed about potential delays and arrange air transport if needed. Maintain and update customer forecasts.
- Payment Follow-Up : Monitor payments from cash in advance and letter of credit customers, adjusting planning as necessary.
- Price Administration : Enter and maintain sales prices to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Internal and External Communication : Foster strong relationships with sales offices, sales representatives, and other departments to support customer interactions.
Who are we looking for?
Must-Haves :Proficiency in Dutch, English, French, and German.
Ability to handle stress and work accurately with attention to detail.Strong customer-oriented communication skills.Nice-to-Haves :Basic knowledge of a fifth language.
