Your Mission as a Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact for our Finnish and Swedish-speaking customers and partners, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your day will be diverse, involving communication, problem-solving, and coordination, all aimed at delivering an outstanding service experience.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Customer Communication : Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and potentially chat from customers, dealers, and partners in Finnish and Swedish. Provide accurate information and solutions regarding our products, services, and support processes.
  • Query Resolution : Efficiently address and resolve customer issues, ranging from product information and service requests to technical queries and complaint handling.
  • Coordination & Collaboration : Work closely with various internal departments (e.g., technical support, logistics, sales, parts) to coordinate necessary actions and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Information Management : Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records.
  • Process Adherence : Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
  • Feedback & Improvement : Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries or recurring issues and provide valuable feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

As Our New Service Coordinator, You Should Have :

  • Language Proficiency :
  • Finnish : Native or near-native (C2) fluency is essential.

  • Swedish : Native or near-native (C2) fluency is essential.
  • English : Excellent communication skills (B2 / C1) for internal communication and training.
  • Customer Service Orientation : A genuine passion for helping people and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : An analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, find solutions, and explain them clearly.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Technical Aptitude : Comfortable learning and navigating various IT systems and tools.
  • Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior Experience : Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role is a plus, but not a must. We value potential and a willingness to learn!
  • Work Ethic : Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
