Account Manager - IT Consulting

Location : Zaventem, Belgium (Hybrid)

Salary : Competitive Base + Quarterly Commission

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Hunt for new business : Prospect, engage, and convert leads into long-term clients in your region (Brussels / Wallonia or Flanders).
  • Own your territory : Identify client needs, offer solutions, and build relationships that last.
  • Be the face of our brand : Take the lead on client interactions and create a memorable first impression.
  • Collaborate for success : Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, and Customer Support) to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Hit your goals : Track and report on your sales activities and successes, ensuring you meet and exceed targets.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial sales role, ideally in IT consulting.
  • A passion for Solution Selling - you're a consultant at heart, not just a seller.
  • Autonomous and results-driven, you take ownership of your accounts and drive success.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French - you're a natural communicator, both in writing and speaking.
  • Ambitious - you're hungry for success and ready to push your career to the next level!
