Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries from French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems and deliver effective solutions or escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate clearly and accurately about our products, services, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously within the support management system.
• Assist customers in understanding product features and provide practical tips to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company offerings, industry developments, and service updates to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
