Job description :
As a Project Manager you will :
- Develop guidelines and provide support to internal departments and agencies.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration through workshops and shared follow-up actions.
- Identify and document modernisation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Analyse initiatives to ensure alignment with the Digital Strategy and promote collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with corporate processes and alignment between business and IT.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and synergies with other initiatives.
- Structure initiatives into projects with clear ownership, budgets, milestones, and deadlines.
- Ensure all activities are documented within the Business Process Management framework.
Skills :
Strong understanding of project management, including scheduling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.Proven experience in modernising complex organisations.Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles and methodologies.Knowledge of quality procedures and high standards.Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.Excellent command of English (C1+), strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to participate in multilingual meetings.Proactive and collaborative mindset, skilled in facilitation, and adaptable to change
