We are looking for a recruiter to join our talent team and work more specifically with two senior leaders.
As Talent Manager, your responsibilities will be the following (among others) :
- Finding candidates through different channels
- Building a network of candidates
- Staying in touch with them on a regular basis
- Sharing candidates with colleagues
- Calling candidates
- Mailing candidates
- Inviting candidates
- Selecting candidates
- Discussing profiles with the team
- Meeting clients (no prospection requested) with the team
- Giving feedback at every stage
- Helping some of our candidates to become freelancers
- And of course, participating in the great atmosphere of the team
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate company
- Taste for recruitment or HR
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French and Dutch : you need to be able to interview a high level candidate in both languages (verbally)
- Able to communicate with all kind of candidates from the students to the C-levels
- Highly able to work in team
