Your Mission
As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your store. Your main responsibilities include :
- Leading and coaching your team daily to reach their full potential 💪
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) : sales, average basket, conversion rate, productivity 📈
- Overseeing all operational aspects : inventory, planning, merchandising, store visuals, and compliance 🛍️
- Ensuring a premium customer experience at every touchpoint 💖
- Acting as a brand ambassador and main link between the store and HQ
- Being hands-on on the floor – leading by example and creating a motivating work atmosphere
