Over je functie

Ready to create media with impact? Roularta zit in een digitale versnelling en zoekt een Applicatie Specialist. Dé expert en drijvende kracht achter BlueConic : de personalisatietool die marketingcampagnes op web en app naar een hoger niveau tilt. Van technische optimalisaties en training tot strategische verbeteringen en nieuwe use cases – jij zorgt ervoor dat onze digitale marketing slim en effectief blijft groeien!

Over je missie

Jij zorgt ervoor dat BlueConic dé drijvende kracht is achter gepersonaliseerde marketing bij Roularta. Door data slim te beheren, gebruikers te trainen en samen te werken met anderen maak jij er een Applicatie met grote A van.

Expert in personalisatie & customer journeys : als expert BlueConic help je de marketingteams in België en Nederland om hun online communicatie gerichter en effectiever te maken.
Technisch beheer & optimalisatie : je bewaakt de werking van BlueConic, beheert klantdata, lost technische problemen op en optimaliseert waar nodig.
Training & samenwerking : train it, gain it! Je leidt gebruikers op, ondersteunt marketing bij de implementatie van nieuwe strategieën en werkt samen met IT en externe SaaS-experten om de applicatie verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat breng je mee

Ervaring in applicatiebeheer en product ownership : je hebt een achtergrond als product owner of applicatie-expert en weet digitale tools strategisch te beheren en optimaliseren.

Sterke affiniteit met marketing & personalisatie : je bent vertrouwd met digitale marketing en media. Ook online personalisatie kent voor jou amper geheimen. Kennis van BlueConic of een ander CDP is mooi meegenomen.

Technische skills en communicatieve flair : je hebt een basiskennis van HTML en CSS en schakelt vlot tussen Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een extra troef.
