Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
Lead regular site meetings and document progress through detailed reports.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Utilize BIM tools, particularly Revit, for project execution and collaboration.
Degree in Architecture or related field.
8-10 years of experience in construction management of large-scale projects.
Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with ACC and Bricsys environments.
Fluent in French and Dutch.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of architects and various stakeholders.
