This isn’t your typical pre-sales role — this is your chance to be a technical product evangelist , trusted partner to sales , and strategic bridge between product, onboarding, and customer success . If you're passionate about tech, love working with people, and want to help businesses simplify the complex world of customs, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Own

  • Be the product guru. Know CAS inside out. Demo it blindfolded. Help prospects and partners understand not just how it works, but why it’s a game-changer.
  • Support the sales cycle and GTM strategies. From live demos to creating technical and customs-related collatoral.
  • Educate & empower. Coach customers and partners on how to adopt and maximize CAS across their organizations.
  • Fuel innovation. Your insights from the field will help shape new features and product decisions directly in collaboration with our Product Board.
  • Partner like a pro. Collaborate with our growing network of channel partners to co-create solutions, integrations, and custom workarounds that win deals and deliver results.
  • Be a connector. Link sales, onboarding, customer success, and product development — aligning teams to unlock growth.

What makes you a great fit

  • 1+ year in sales engineering, development, or presales — you bridge tech and business effortlessly
  • 3+ years in the customs space — fluent in the language of trade and compliance
  • Curious by nature — you dig deep to understand how things really work
  • A doer with a plan — you set goals, deliver results
  • Clear communicator who aligns teams and drives action
  • Natural coach — you love sharing knowledge and lifting others
  • Bilingual in English & French — sharp in speech and writing
  • Comfortable with technical customers — you speak their language
  • Emotionally intelligent — you get what drives people
