We're hiring : Process Operators (Pharma / Biotech) | Zwijnaarde

Join a fast-scaling global biotech company bringing CAR-T cell therapy to Belgium — and changing lives one patient at a time. We are currently looking for dedicated Process Operators to strengthen our Operations Team in Zwijnaarde .

Your role :

After an intensive GMP and aseptic operations training, you'll become part of a highly skilled team responsible for :

  • Performing manual production steps in controlled environments (Grade A–D)
  • Cell culture, media exchange, spiking, and freezing of therapeutic products
  • Equipment monitoring and cleaning
  • Supporting transitions between production zones
  • Ensuring timely delivery of life-saving therapies to patients

Your profile :

  • Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
  • Clear communicator and team player
  • No prior experience in pharma / biotech required — full training provided
  • English
  • Minimum A2 diploma (Bachelor max); mindset and precision matter most
  • Solid PC skills (email attachments, Teams invites, PDF creation, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work across 7 rotating shifts between 6 : 00 and 02 : 00. 4 days working 4 days off
  • Salary from 16,89€ / hour
