As the Team / Management Assistant, you'll be part of the Office Management team and you'll assist 3 different departments of the office (Senior Management Team, Marketing / Sales, HR). You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth coordination of processes & events. Among others, you can expect tasks such as :
- Agenda management
- Organization of meetings and travel arrangements
- Mise-en-page of PowerPoints & documents for meetings
- Help with the organization of events for the different departments (together with the office management team)
- Assist with internal & external communications
- Ad-hoc projects & admin support
- Professional proficiency in Dutch & English (any other European language is a plus)
- Min. a Bachelor degree and a first administrative experience
- Good organizational & communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt & develop
