Description de posteManage and optimize systems, applications, networks, and hardware. Provide high-quality technical support to internal users. Install, configure and maintain software across the organization. Write, test and review code in SQL and PL / SQL (functions, procedures, packages). Develop and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex. Support and maintain in-house Oracle-based applications. Design dynamic reports using Apex reporting tools and BI Publisher. Perform requirement analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of Oracle applications. Develop scripts in SQL and PL / SQL to automate and optimize processes. Adhere to internal policies and ensure consistency in process implementation. Maintaining ICT Documentation : Ensuring comprehensive records of ICT systems, processes, and procedures. This includes documenting configurations, changes, and updates within your domain. Works closely with the business to understand their needs. Bachelor's or master's degree in ICT or a related field. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Apex PL / SQL. Strong expertise with Oracle databases (minimum 5 years). At least 1 year of JavaScript experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both strategically and operationally. Fluency in Dutch and good understanding of French. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and respond flexibly to urgent support needs. High resilience under pressure, particularly during ICT incidents affecting business continuity. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
