As an Account Manager and future Team Manager, what will the job be?

You will be in charge of a client portfolio : major accounts and BEL20, in various industries : Energy-Utilities, Finance, Retail, Telco Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector…

You :

  • create and implement the commercial strategy
  • contribute to create new offers and expertise
  • take an active part in process improvements : every idea or feedback is welcome!
  • prospect and build customer loyalty with decision makers (C-Levels) to identify new projects and needs, and understand their complex environments & challenges.
  • are the point of contact for your client, and work in close collaboration with the HR & consulting teams, to identify the perfect consultants for each project or need,
  • build competitive and relevant proposals to create the best offer (consultants’ team, expertise, conditions),
  • get Team Leadership : building and developing your own team of high potential consultants

  • have excellent client management and negotiation skills
  • are fluent in French and / or Dutch and English, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree
