Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Project Manager who can manage our demanding customers and successfully deliver complex solutions. Axway’s customers have multiple products in an integrated solution with millions in licensing, including significant Services offerings. Our Professional Services implementations follow an integrated and collaborative team approach with Sales, Professional Services, Product Services, Technical Support, Research and Development, and Financial Operations teams to successfully deliver and grow our footprint for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Part of the EMEA Project Management organization and working with clients across mainly in Benelux, Nordics, this position requires strong customer facing project management expertise, including hands-on implementation experience of business and technical change. Candidates should have experience of managing software and / or system integrations projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality and commanding presence; the ability to drive business and the project charter; and outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• The DPM will be responsible for delivering Cloud and on-premise solutions utilizing Axway’s Amplify Integration platform and products.
• The DPM must be a Leader for their project team : Lead and oversee his / her assigned projects through successful collaboration within the organization such as sales, financial operations, product teams and support managers.
• The DPM will work with the EMEA Services team to generate a Statement of Work and use a consultative and financial approach to meet the business needs of the customer, while ensuring we are executing repeatable best practices that will enable Axway to meet and / or exceed its targeted revenues and margins.
• The DPM will be responsible for project tracking, control and reporting. This will include management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, budget tracking / forecasting, change control and regular status / financial reporting
• The DPM will present monthly project review / steering meetings to both internal Axway management and to senior customer sponsors and stakeholders
• The DPM will be the single point of customer contact, managing issue resolution and any required escalations across all Axway departments in a way that fosters collaboration and facilitates a united “We Are Axway” presentation to the customer
• The DPM must develop an understanding of Axway products, technology and services and their relationship to our customer’s business strategies and business needs.
• The DPM will participate in the development and maintenance of a best practices knowledge base.
• The DPM will safeguard Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with Axway policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities
• Willingness to travel across Northern Europe is expected.
