Onboarding Manager - Digital Solutions and Power BI

Join our client’s team in Brussels as On-boarding Manager - Digital Solutions and Power BI within the European Commission.

The European Commission's Audio-visual Service (DG COMM.A4) is the EU related news and archive service providing indispensable information tailored for professionals in the media. The information systems team is led by a team leader and counts about 14 people with different profiles ranging from project manager, analyst, senior analyst, programmer, interface designer, tester, and information system support.

YOUR TASKS

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider :

Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions

Creation of stakeholder maps or similar

Creation of adoption dashboards and reports

Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders

Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently

Provide support for an innovation project (Integrations of AI-based solutions for audiovisual workflows, in particular creation of metadata and indexation)

Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation

Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action)

Draft ad-hoc Market Analysis on business-related topics

Research, knowledge and data acquisition YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The following is mandatory :

at least 3 years of specific expertise in Atlassian collaborative tools

at least 3 years of specific expertise in MS 365

at least 3 years of specific expertise in UML tools

at least 3 years of specific expertise in Power BI Requested skills :

Knowledge of standards and best practices in the domain of records, archives and information management, digital preservation and public access to documents.

Experience with IT projects, preferable in relation to process automation and AI integration.

Practical experience in information management, metadata management and open data technologies.

Understanding of the functioning and work procedures of IT based services of EU Institutions.

Familiarity with web services, enterprise integration patterns and best practices as well as knowledge of cloud platforms and database management systems will be considered as an asset.

Knowledge of data management, data concepts and data analytics is an advantage.

Proven experience in understanding client needs and becoming acquainted with complex workflows and projects.

Ability to give technical presentations and to apply high quality standards.

Ability to cope with fast changing technologies.

Knowledge of AV media production would be an asset.

• Capability of integration in an international / multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in teams;
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;

Excellent Team Player

Ability to understand, speak and write English (B2) and French (B2)

High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in DG COMM / A4 contain personal and confidential data

EXTRA INFORMATION

It will be required to work remotely from home in Near-site location allowing to reach the Commission premises in Brussels within 2 hours.
