Description de posteGive clear instructions to on-site teams. Conduct quality and safety checks to ensure work is top-notch and secure . Provide technical support and think fast when solving problems . Manage and follow up on multiple construction sites if needed. Inspect and verify the quality of completed work. Wrap up and finalize the Project Execution Plan . Validate progress and confirm everything’s been done correctly. Nice to have : 3–5 years’ experience in telecom , utility , or general construction sectors . VolVCA certification Solid command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows) Must have a valid Driving License B Great interpersonal & communication skills Skilled in negotiation and coordination Comfortable taking initiative and thinking ahead Motivated and eager to grow both professionally and personally Fluent in Dutch 🇧🇪 Good knowledge of English 🇬🇧 French is a plus 🇫🇷 (not mandatory)

Role Overview :
As a Construction Surveyor , you will provide local support for network construction projects . You’ll be involved in site preparation , work supervision , and post-completion follow-up to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Site Preparation
- Join internal and external meetings ; check reports to confirm decisions and agreements.
- Prepare and validate the Project Execution Plan to ensure everything’s ready to go.
- Plan and organize all necessary materials in advance.
- Document all steps and updates accurately in the system.
